Developer setup

To connect live Instagram data, set IG_ACCESS_TOKEN and IG_BUSINESS_ACCOUNT_ID in the server environment. This needs an Instagram Business/Creator account linked to a Facebook Page and a Meta app. Note: account insights (reach, engagement) only start returning data at 1,000+ followers — until then, use manual snapshots below. Publishing always stays consent-gated.
